Rise graduated from Fontbonne University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Rise joined FMB in September 2008 as an AVP, Commercial Lender.  She has been in banking for approximately 14 years and has worked in many areas such as Operations, New Accounts, Residential Lending, & Commercial Lending.  Seven of the 14 yrs have been devoted to lending.  Currently, Rise is overseeing the Commercial Loan Department at FMB.  Since her employment with FMB, she has also helped many clients obtain various SBA loan products.  Rise feels that it is truly a rewarding experience to help someone improve their cash flow or to start a business they’ve only dreamed of doing.

Tanya joined FMB in September of 1998.  She offers a wide variety of knowledge when it comes to banking.  Tanya has worked in many areas of the bank such as Teller, New Accounts, IRA Administration, and Lending.  She attended Midwest School of Community Bankers where she graduated in 2003 and then furthered her education at Barrett School of Banking where she graduated in 2007. Jeff grew up around the Cedar Hill area and attended Fontbonne University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1996.  He was branch manager for Enterprise until 2002 and then managed a mortgage brokerage shop until his employment began with Farmers and Merchants Bank in 2008. Jeff has many years of experience with both Commercial and Residential lending and would enjoy talking with you about all of your lending needs.

Matthew Laumann joined FMB in November 2007 as a Residential Loan Officer. He currently serves as Vice President and Branch Manager of the High Ridge location. Matthew has been in lending for over 10 years and brings a broad knowledge of the residential and commercial lending background to FMB customers. Matthew also has experience as a real estate broker in both residential and commercial, which further enhances his ability to work with customers on a variety of issues. Matthew’s prior work experience includes tenures at Wells Fargo and Colliers International.

Pam Curry has experience on her side. Pam joined the Farmers and Merchants Bank team in December of 2005 but she has been in banking for over 33 years. She has familiarity in almost every area within banking but has specialized in Mortgage Lending for over 18 years.
